Warehouse Team Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $23/Hour, 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm), Full-Time
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical distribution company, and they want you to join their team as a Warehouse Team Lead!
Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Team Lead:
- Supervise and support warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals
- Oversee accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies
- Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies
- Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure smooth operations
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse lead role with proven leadership ability
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Experience with inventory systems and order fulfillment processes
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
