HVAC Service Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $40-$45/hour, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing solutions, and they want you to join their team as an HVAC Service Technician.
Your day-to-day as an HVAC Service Technician:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with heating, cooling, and hot water systems
- Install oil-fired and natural gas heating systems, water heaters, and cold climate heat pumps
- Provide emergency service support during rotating on-call shifts
- Train junior technicians and support day-to-day operations as a backup to the Service Manager
- Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory of parts and tools
Your skills and experience:
- Valid plumbing license (Journeyman or Master) and ability to pull permits
- Extensive HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience, including heat pumps
- Certifications in Natural Gas and Refrigerant Usage (Type 1 & 2)
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
