Production Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$22/Hour (Depending on Experience), 10-Hour 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, Full-Time
Our client is a leader in innovating the sustainability revolution and they want you to join their team as a Production Technician!
Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
- Perform electro-mechanical hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components
- Read, interpret and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions
- Operate of manual hand tools and power tools in assembly and validation work
- Operate material handling equipment, including manual and electric power jacks
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving to diagnose system, sub-system, and ancillary component issues
- Complete manufacturing documentation
- Follow all environmental health and safety regulations as well as all OSHA standards
Your skills and experience:
- Vocational education/training is preferred, but not required
- Minimum 1 year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience selecting appropriate tools and ability to determine best strategy for operations
- High degree of manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable operating hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Ability to operate a computer and perform computer transactions accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
