Manufacturing Engineer | Direct Hire | $90K+

Our client is a growing organization who is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production improvements, lead new initiatives, and optimize processes on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead the launch of new product lines and drive production ramp-up
- Develop, document, and implement best practices for operations and equipment
- Train operators on new programs and ensure smooth integration on the floor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects from release to end-of-life
Your skills and experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with electric motors, process improvement, and documentation
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
