Account Executive| Albany, NY| $100K+

Job Location: In-Person, $60K Base + Commission (Up to $250K/Year), Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is a strong-rooted leader in design and construction, with an initiative to create buzzworthy experiences, and they want you to join their team as an Account Executive!
Your day-to-day as an Account Executive:
- Develop and present strategic proposals for experiential marketing environments and solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to execute successful projects
- Promote company services through events, trade shows, networking, and industry outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to contracts and execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and project updates
Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, trade show experience required
- Familiarity with trade show/exhibit fabrication, including blueprints, materials, and production methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets
- Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated with a consultative approach to sales
