Facilities Maintenance Worker

Job Location: In-Person, $19.50-$25/Hour (Based on Experience), Monday-Friday, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a top producer of specialty men’s clothing, and they want you to join their team as a Facilities Maintenance Worker.

Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Worker:
- Perform plumbing repairs, painting, and drywall maintenance
- Engage in interior construction projects and trolley rail system assembly/disassembly
- Utilize HVAC knowledge for maintenance and repairs
- Use hand and power tools to complete various tasks and move office furniture
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in basic equipment and building system repairs is required
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy physical work – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
