Carpenter

Our client is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their dynamic team. This role involves working closely with a Carpentry Foreman and other crew members on various construction projects in residential and commercial settings.
Your day-to-day as a Carpenter:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Perform measurements and calculations to estimate the materials needed for projects
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials to form structures and fixtures
- Construct and install various building components including window frames, doors, staircases, and flooring
- Inspect and maintain structures and fixtures, performing repairs as necessary to ensure durability and safety
Your skills & experience:
- Proven carpentry experience, with a portfolio of completed projects in both residential and commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment with precision
- Excellent physical condition and stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Commitment to safety standards and local building codes
