A manufacturer specializing in metal and plastic components for industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and telecommunications. They are seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a CNC Programmer:

• Create and optimize CNC programs for three or more axis machining centers using CAM software
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot and modify existing CNC programs to improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop setup instructions and support machinists during initial part production

Your skills and experience:

• Proficient in CNC programming, preferably with Mastercam and complex geometries
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and apply safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
