Maintenance Engineer

Up to $50/Hour (Depending on Experience), Full-Time
Our client helps to preserve nature using advanced technology, and they want you to join their growing and trusted team as a Maintenance Engineer.
Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Engineer:
- Conduct cost analysis to assess impact on plant operations
- Contribute to developing plans for installing new equipment and providing training
- Assist in establishing criteria for evaluating equipment suppliers and maintenance services
- Lead continuous efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in the Refining Department
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality results
- Assist in establishing and maintaining KPI metrics and standards
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in an engineering field in an industrial or engineering consulting environment is required
- Familiarity with Reliability technologies and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, instruments/controls, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems
- Proven leadership and task management skills for promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
