About a year and a half ago I transitioned from ETS Recruiter to Business Intelligence Analyst. And what a year and a half it’s been! From crunching data for customized analytics insights to designing and improving processes through partnerships with ultra exciting technologies, we’re always on the lookout for opportunities to provide additional value to candidates, clients, and our surrounding communities.
It didn’t take long for my 2017 calendar to fill up with Client Data Meetings and presentations throughout the area. Now, as we turn the calendar to 2018, I look forward to sharing our insights more broadly. That being said, I can’t wait for clients and candidates to check out the new data section of our monthly newsletters.
To get started, here’s a quick data recap of ETS in 2017.
In 2017…

…The Landscape
Changing employment market conditions, a desire to retain top talent, and increased costs associated with training has shifted the way many companies are hiring. In fact, 72% of our placements in 2017 were contract-to-hire or direct-hire.
So, there’s a glimpse of what our data and analytics capabilities can unlock. I look forward to sharing more on a monthly basis! And I’m always open to hear ideas. Want to know something specific about the area employment market or how your company can leverage our data? Shoot me an email!
