Quality Engineer

Job Location: In-Person, $43-$48/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a leading organization focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions and fostering professional growth. They are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Quality Engineer:
- Implement and monitor quality control processes for manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Investigate non-conformances and failures, developing corrective and preventative actions.
- Develop and execute testing methodologies to validate product design and reliability.
- Review technical documentation and maintain detailed records of investigations and test results.
- Utilize statistical tools and Lean Six Sigma techniques to optimize manufacturing processes.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required.
- Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality assurance.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.
- Proficiency with measurement tools and quality management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
