HVAC Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$35/Hour, 1st Shift

Your day-to-day as a HVAC Supervisor:
- Oversee daily HVAC installation and production activities to ensure schedules and resources are aligned
- Monitor key performance indicators such as job quality, completion times, and safety compliance
- Provide coaching, training, and support to technicians and apprentices to promote continuous improvement
- Conduct quality checks, post-install inspections, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
Your skills and experience:
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation or production experience preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing small teams and workflow
- Proficiency in reading job plans, specifications, and installation instructions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
