Evolving Leadership for a Modern Workforce
We’re proud to announce that Jesse Krell has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ETS Workforce Solutions. Jesse has been part of the ETS leadership team for several years, and this transition formalizes his role in guiding our continued growth, innovation, and investment in technology-driven workforce solutions.
Deb Cleary, former CEO, will continue to serve as President and Chairman of the Board. Deb’s leadership and vision have been the cornerstone of our success, and she will remain deeply involved in shaping ETS’s long-term strategy while continuing her active role in community leadership and service.
We’re also thrilled to share that Amber Douglass has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Amber will oversee Technology, HR, Finance, and Marketing, driving daily operations and leading the next phase of our digital transformation. Dan Albert will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) during this transition, supporting ETS’s strategic financial growth.
In addition, Emily Aldrich has been promoted to Finance and Operations Manager, and Rachel Rovner has been promoted to Recruiting and Operations Manager, reflecting our commitment to developing strong leaders across all levels of our organization.
