Production Manager

Job Location: In-Person, $28–$30/Hour, 1st Shift (Tue–Sat or Sun–Thurs), Full-Time, Overtime Likely
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the industrial production space, and they want you to join their team as a Production Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:
- Lead and support multiple shifts across a specialized production department
- Supervise a team of 12 employees while ensuring efficient operation of 15 machines
- Work hands-on alongside your team as a working manager
- Collaborate directly with the Plant Manager to meet daily output goals
- Maintain a safe working environment, including comfort with working at heights
Your skills and experience:
- Strong technical aptitude in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to commit to a 50+ hour workweek as needed to support production
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role with cross-shift responsibilities
