Our client is a growing farm looking for an Operations Manager to join their team!
The Farm Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily farm tasks including training, organization, production and financial goals.
Your day-to-day as a Farm Operations Manager:
- Oversee all farm operations and ensure protocols are performed successfully
- Communicate with farm management, coordinate with outside clients
- Hire, train and onboard employees, create employee schedules
- Develop continuous improvement plans for all departments
- Complete performance metrics, documentation and expense reports
Your skillset includes:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Tech-savvy
- Team leader – your positive attitude and quick thinking get the job done
