Mix Room Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $18/Hour, 3rd Shift, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits
A manufacturer producing advanced ceramic and refractory components for industrial markets. They are seeking a Mix Room Operator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Mix Room Operator:
- Measure and mix raw materials to create water-based ceramic suspensions following standard procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mix room and work areas
- Collaborate with other operators to coordinate shift requirements and workflow
- Accurately record time, quantities, and actions performed during production
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement and mixing
