Job Location: In-Person, $18/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Sunday
A manufacturer serving industrial markets with specialized ceramic and refractory components. They are seeking a Manufacturing Production Specialist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Production Specialist:
- Operate production equipment such as injectors, mixers, vibration devices, and hand/hydraulic presses
- Assemble raw materials into finished ceramic products following process instructions
- Participate in hands-on training to develop and improve process knowledge and skills
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to all safety procedures
Your skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
- Effective time management and ability to plan process steps
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
