Assembly Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$19.75/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
An established manufacturer supporting industrial and production operations. They are seeking a Assembly Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Assembly Technician:
- Assemble a variety of sub-systems and components by hand following detailed instructions
- Operate manual and power tools safely during assembly and validation tasks
- Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and assembly documentation
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency
Your skills and experience:
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Comfortable operating a computer for documentation purposes
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to overtime
