CNC Mill Setup

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
An organization specializing in precision manufacturing for industrial and aerospace markets. They are seeking a CNC Mill Setup to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Mill Setup:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines following detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Install, align, and adjust fixtures and cutting tools to meet process requirements
- Troubleshoot setup issues, tool wear, and machining errors to ensure quality standards
- Maintain accurate setup documentation and production records in compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with engineering to improve machining processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform routine machine maintenance and uphold safety and 5S organizational practices
Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in CNC milling setup, preferably in aerospace or high-precision environments
- Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining principles
- Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint interpretation
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with tight-tolerance machining and supporting or training team members
