Production Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $20-$26/Hour, 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday
A manufacturer serving industrial and OEM markets with precision metal products and assembly solutions. They are seeking a Production Lead to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:
- Support the department supervisor and step in during absences
- Reallocate resources to balance production lines and meet schedules
- Assist team members with daily tasks and address concerns or questions
- Liaise with other departments to resolve product, process, and equipment issues
Your skills and experience:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management tools
