Senior Accountant/Office Manager| Direct Hire| $80K+

Our client who operates in the retail and distribution industry, serving both consumer and business markets is seeking a Senior Accountant/Office Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Senior Accountant/Office Manager:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Manage payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration for a multi-entity organization
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, bank accounts, and month-end/year-end closings
- Monitor cash flow, review financial discrepancies, and communicate key financial information to management
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, assets, and rental receivables
- Coordinate tax filings, workers’ compensation, and compliance documentation
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-location or multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, and financial closing procedures
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing payroll, benefits, and HR-related processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
