A manufacturer of outdoor maintenance equipment serving residential and commercial customers. They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Technical Support Specialist:
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for outdoor power equipment over phone and online channels
- Assess customer needs and recommend additional products or services as appropriate
- Stay up to date on product lines and technical information through ongoing training
- Deliver friendly, effective customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently
Your skills and experience:
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude, such as experience with tools or equipment maintenance
- Intermediate to strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
