Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality products using innovative technologies. They are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:
- Manage and coordinate daily activities of production teams across multiple shifts
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and performance of team members
- Report directly to plant management and communicate department needs
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a team manager role
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in manufacturing settings with exposure to various production processes
