Crew Foreman

Our client is a growing company providing high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial spaces. They are seeking a Crew Foreman to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Crew Foreman:
- Supervise and motivate a team of installers and apprentices on job sites
- Review project instructions and ensure all materials are prepared for daily tasks
- Oversee and participate in the installation of resinous flooring systems to meet quality standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and clear communication
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading teams in a hands-on, process-driven environment
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new installation techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for quality control
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, efficient work site
