Your day-to-day as a Production Associate:
- Operate basic production machinery and systems under supervision
- Read and accurately follow work orders and job tickets
- Assist with packing, counting, and preparing finished products
- Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude
