Design Engineer

Salary: $140,000, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is a global engineering company providing advanced solutions and technical expertise for demanding industries. They are seeking a Design Engineer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Design Engineer:
- Translate design specifications and code requirements into product designs for components and assemblies
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, calculations, test plans, and reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical support during equipment installation, commissioning, and customer support activities
- Lead or participate in development projects to enhance and expand product offerings
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4-8 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar solid modeling software and experience with FEA analysis
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including stress analysis and rotating equipment design
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
