Skilled Trades Recruiter- National Accounts

Job Location: In-person with earned Hybrid/Remote Potential, $75,000-$110,000+ First-Year OTE (Base + Commission), Full-Time
ETS Workforce Solutions is a high-touch, high-impact staffing partner powering manufacturing and skilled trades operations across the U.S. We're scaling our national team fast, and we want you to join us as a Skilled Trades Recruiter for National Accounts.
Your day-to-day as a Skilled Trades Recruiter:
- Source, screen, and place high-volume skilled trades and industrial talent (HVAC, electricians, maintenance techs, construction, production operators, machinists) across multiple states simultaneously
- Launch new hiring programs for national accounts fast, ramp up, hit targets, and be ready to pivot to the next account or geography without missing a beat
- Build deep, market-specific candidate pipelines using AI sourcing tools, job boards, social media, cold/warm outreach, and creative campaigns
- Manage candidates through the full talent lifecycle from outreach through screening, interview prep, placement, and retention check-ins
- Negotiate pay rates, close placements, overcome objections, and resolve issues with speed and precision
- Own and manage client relationships remotely through video calls, Slack, email, and phone
- Proactively evaluate client needs using data and market feedback and adjust recruiting strategies before shifts happen
- Present client-ready candidates directly to hiring managers and ETS account leadership with compelling, well-prepared submittals
- Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships and deepen your understanding of their operations
- Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for outreach volume, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs
- Master the ETS tech stack including Bullhorn CRM, AI platforms, communication tools, and Google Workspace
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. New grads encouraged to apply
- 1-2+ years in a sales-driven environment preferred, but raw talent and drive matter more than a long resume
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently and managing your own time and pipeline
- Strong digital communication and remote relationship-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and social media as part of a recruiting or sales strategy
- Organized under pressure with the ability to manage multiple accounts, states, and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Motivated by a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential
- Willing to travel occasionally as account needs grow
