Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to fostering a safe and compliant workplace. They are seeking a Health And Safety Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Health And Safety Manager:
- Develop, implement, and update health and safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate workplace hazards
- Design and deliver health and safety training programs for employees across multiple sites
- Lead incident response and investigation procedures, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions
- Maintain meticulous records for OSHA compliance and manage workers compensation claims
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a health and safety leadership role
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% and hold a valid passport
