Manufacturing Associate

Our client is a large, established manufacturing company specializing in precision fabrication, machining, and assembly, dedicated to quality and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Associate:
- Assemble mechanical components and large structures according to instructions and drawings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
Your skills and experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and basic blueprints
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy parts up to 50 lbs
