Warehouse Manager

Our client is a leading organization providing essential operational and logistics solutions across diverse industries. They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Manager:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping to meet service commitments.
- Develop and implement policies and processes to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Lead and manage staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects to support organizational growth.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or engineering required.
- 5+ years of experience managing high SKU, multi-shift distribution operations.
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
