HVAC Service Technician

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $100,000, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a leading provider of technical and mechanical services for commercial and industrial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Service Technician:
- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC and mechanical systems, including hospital-grade and industrial equipment
- Provide on-the-job coaching and troubleshooting support to less experienced technicians and installation teams
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored service proposals and scopes of work
- Complete thorough service reports, diagnostic logs, and daily visit summaries
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing advanced HVAC service duties
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Valid certifications in natural gas, propane, heating oil, backflow prevention, universal refrigerant handling, and Type S electrical
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate ethical judgment, and collaborate effectively with team members
