Our client is a dynamic organization focused on delivering exceptional customer service and business solutions across diverse industries. They are seeking a Commercial Service Representative to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Commercial Service Representative:
- Engage with customers to assess support needs and promote relevant products and services
- Maintain customer and sales information in CRM systems to track activities and resolve issues
- Generate sales leads, cultivate new business opportunities, and refer prospects to sales representatives
- Manage service agreements, pricing changes, and customer retention activities using proprietary software
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute with accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication abilities
