Your day-to-day as a Commercial Service Representative:
- Engage with customers to assess needs and provide tailored service solutions
- Maintain and update customer and sales information in CRM systems
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to support business growth and retention
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve service issues
Your skills and experience:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills
- Demonstrated sales acumen and problem-solving capabilities
