CNC Milling Machinist

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$28/Hour, 1st and 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a leading manufacturer providing high-quality precision components and assemblies for diverse industries. They are seeking a CNC Milling Machinist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Milling Machinist:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
- Operate CNC horizontal and vertical milling machines to produce precision components.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production.
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and maintain safety standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following lean manufacturing practices.
Your skills and experience:
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding mechanical drawings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC milling equipment.
- Strong math skills and familiarity with machining techniques.
- Experienced in using calipers, micrometers, and various hand tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and assembly processes.
