Powder Coating Technician

Our client is a leading provider of industrial solutions, committed to quality and innovation in our field. They are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Powder Coating Technician:
- Manually apply electrostatic powder using specialized spray equipment to ensure even coverage on components.
- Operate and troubleshoot spray guns and powder delivery systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Safely load and unload industrial curing ovens while monitoring baking cycles and adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform routine thickness checks on coatings and communicate quality data to team members for process adjustments.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment operations.
- Commitment to quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32″ and perform basic measurements.
- Willingness to operate a forklift and assist in other areas as needed after training.
