Production Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $20-$25/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits
A leading manufacturer providing high-quality products through efficient production processes. They are seeking a Production Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on products, including glue, cutting, printing, and tray forming.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, including basic jams and restarts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to manage production schedules and changeovers.
- Complete required paperwork and communicate shift updates regarding safety, quality, and production.
Your skills and experience:
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced, repetitive setting.
- Attention to detail for visual quality inspections and adherence to safety protocols.
- Comfortable with cleaning tasks using protective gear and following established procedures.
