Machine Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $20.50-$25.50/Hour, Full-Time,2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits
A leading provider of manufacturing solutions focused on quality and efficiency. They are seeking a Machine Operator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform machine changeovers, roll changes, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout and at the end of each shift.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production, safety, and quality concerns.
- Complete required paperwork and follow established manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all safety guards are in place during operation.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive, and team-oriented setting.
- Capable of performing visual quality inspections and following safety procedures.
- Able to clean with chemicals using appropriate protective equipment.
