Welding Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $25.59/Hour + 10-15% Shift Differential, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading organization focused on delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions and fostering a collaborative work environment. They are seeking a Welding Lead to join their team.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5am-1pm, Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm, Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-5pm, Monday-Friday
Your day-to-day as a Welding Lead:
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure shift goals are achieved
- Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks to maintain operational efficiency
- Enforce safety and quality standards throughout the production process
- Support and coach team members to drive engagement and performance
Your skills and experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Background in welding
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
