Production Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $36/Hour + 10-15% Shift Differential, 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading manufacturing organization committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm, Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-5pm, Monday-Friday
Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Supervise and motivate a team of leads and production staff to achieve daily targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times
- Facilitate communication between departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Lean manufacturing methods and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to interpret production data and analyze trends for process optimization
