Our client is a trusted leader in full-service manufacturer providing diverse in-house production and engineering solutions for a variety of industries. They want you to join their team as a CNC Set Up Machinist!
Your day-to-day as a CNC Set Up Machinist:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup requirements
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to ensure proper tolerances and specifications are met
- Perform first piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for optimal production
Skills and Requirements:
- CNC machining experience required
- Ability to work on first shift (7am – 3:30pm M-Fr)
- Knowledge of blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to undergo drug testing (client will run), with no background check or education verification required
- Valid GED-HSE/TASC
