Your day-to-day as a Specialized Cleaning Technician:
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks including dryer vent, mini split, air duct, and carpet cleaning
- Strip, wax, and maintain various types of flooring surfaces
- Interact professionally with customers to address their cleaning needs and provide assistance
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies efficiently
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned projects
- Respond to on-call requests and work occasional overtime as needed
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional cleaning or related physical labor experience
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Adaptability to learn new cleaning techniques and handle diverse tasks
- Handiness with tools and equipment used in cleaning and maintenance
- Dependable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
