Customer Service Representative

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$20/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Your day-to-day as a Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with account questions and service requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service
Your skills and experience:
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Willingness to pursue additional training and professional development
