Our client is a hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards across our hotel and restaurant operations. They are seeking a Maintenance Facilities Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Facilities Manager:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for hotel and restaurant facilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support smooth operations
- Monitor inventory and manage contractors for specialized repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn industry-specific software
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory for maintenance operations
- Commitment to environmental sustainability and safe work practices
