Manufacturing Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $19-$22/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time,2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality products and fostering employee development. They are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures
- Perform quality inspections on products and communicate any defects
- Rotate through various production roles as training progresses
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory and communication tasks
