Our client is a well-established manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products and fostering employee development. They are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform quality inspections on raw and finished products, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Rotate through various production roles, including machine operation, finishing, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and communication tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
