Warehouse Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, Direct-Hire, $65,000 Annual Salary, 2nd Shift Sunday – Thursday, Climate Controlled Warehouse
Our client is a pharmaceutical, health and wellness distribution company providing a wide range of products to various clients through modern logistics and technology. We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to join their team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor.
Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff activities
- Assign, oversee, and support team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Assist with physical warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory troubleshooting
- Maintain a positive work environment and address staff questions or concerns
- Utilize warehouse technology and equipment including handheld devices and forklifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Your skills and experience:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Ability to motivate, train, and direct a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory systems
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
