CNC Machine Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $21-$28/Hour, 1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Hands-on Machining
Our client is a well-established firearm manufacturing and distribution company with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Machine Operator:
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure product quality
- Track production progress using company ERP systems
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliable attendance
- Good physical strength and manual dexterity
