HVAC Install Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$35/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation and service solutions for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Install Technician:
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews for ductless mini-split and heat pump systems
- Perform advanced installation tasks such as line set routing, pressure testing, and electrical connections
- Supervise and mentor junior installers to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, preferably with ductless mini-split systems
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
