Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $22/Hour, Full-Time,1st Shift,2nd Shift, Monday-Sunday
Our client is a well-established hospitality company dedicated to providing excellent guest experiences and maintaining high standards of facility care. They are seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Hotel Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and complete assigned work orders efficiently
- Respond to guest maintenance requests for guest rooms and public spaces
- Communicate with other departments regarding maintenance projects and room status
- Maintain security of master keys and follow approved sign-out procedures
- Assist with pool maintenance and monitor boiler or chiller readings as needed
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Your skills and experience:
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required
- Basic to intermediate computer skills for work order management
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform frequent bending, climbing, and standing
