Desktop Support Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$30/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Sunday, Excellent Benefits
A global organization providing essential technology and support services across multiple industries. They are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Desktop Support Technician:
- Provide on-site desktop support and resolve technical issues for end users.
- Document hardware failures, repairs, and installations in the IT service management system.
- Manage PC lifecycle activities including installation, upgrades, and disposal.
- Implement and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver user training and support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
